DEVELOP AN ENDURING MEDITATION PRACTICE
ONE DAY AT A TIME.
We all can use a little guidance along the way in our meditation practice. Meet with me weekly, bi-weekly, monthly online or in-person. Our time together will be spent with guided meditation, quiet meditation, meditation out-loud where we get curious together about what you are aware of in the moment to moment experience of the container of your practice. I also may incorporate breathing practices & journaling. I will offer guidance and specific journal prompts and exercises for you to expand upon at home.
