SPRING RENEWAL

Spring is an auspicious time.  Spring rolls in slowly, sweetly and it is encouraged that we too gently awaken into the spring season.  For many of us, we are still feeling the sluggishness and sleepiness that Winter embodies.  For some others of us, perhaps we are sensing a palpable buzz all around us as nature gracefully transitions into spring .  Whether you fall into the former or latter catagory, all of us can benefit from a nourishing practice that is both restful and spacious so we can listen to our inner wisdom and be intentionally guided body, mind and soul. 

We are delighted to invite you to indulge in a luxurious retreat within and to summon your intuition and deepest dreams. With our guidance and your inner wisdom, you will experience the peace within that allows inspiration and intention to flow. In Spring, we set intentions that align with our values, and slough off what we no longer need to hold on to.  Join Reiki Master, Kimmy Braget, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Heather Perry and Sound Healing Practitioner and Yoga teacher, Melissa Kelly in this magical journey inward.  You will move your body with wisdom and care in a candlelit yoga practice guided by Heather while Kimmy offers individual Reiki healing. Throughout, Melissa will play various instruments to sooth your senses, creating an atmosphere of calm.  The evening ends with Heather's potent meditation with the intention to awaken your inner wisdom followed by a soothing Reiki infused gong bath.  Step out of this dream embraced with rest and renewal on your transition into spring.
