This year, we Join Heather and Return to our Roots. 8 years ago, Heather began teaching Sunday Soul up at the Cross with Jessy and Jen, the Co-Founders of Ventura Pop Up Yoga , our hosts. Back then, we would walk up the Ventura Botanical Garden Trail together, as a community, and practice Yoga on the grounds of Serra Cross Park. This New Year's Day, we come together again in this sacred return to our Roots and the Roots of the Yoga Practice. Flow with us into the new year, steady and present in body, mind and soul.
