You are invited to awaken into the deepest truth of who you are: pure loving awareness and freedom within.
Join me and other like-hearted women for a Saturday Sangha Series once monthly. Each month, I will offer a dharma talk on a particular aspect of mindfulness meditation practice and a guided meditation with plenty of spaciousness in order to develop our understanding and practice of the teachings. During these Sangha gatherings, we will also sip tea together and mindfully connect through small group excercises and discussions and a bit of Insight journaling too. Whether you are a frequent meditator or an absolute beginner, you are welcome to join us in Sangha.*
