Service Description

Practice in the comfort of your home or let's meet outdoors! Together we will develop intentions for your private practice. I will offer you alignment based adjustments and energetic insight to guide you in the direction of a sustainable and fulfilling Yoga asana practice with a short guided meditation to end our session together, if you desire. I create practices that with the whole self in mind. Before we begin, you and I will have a conversation to help stoke your inner wisdom and to help guide the development of our intentions together.

Cancellation Policy

Things happen and I understand the need to cancel appointments from time to time. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment if at all possible. If you cancel more than once for my services, we agree to a $35 cancelation fee. I will honor your time as well, canceling at least 24 hours in advance , whenever possible.
