Service Description

Meditation Flow teaches us how to integrate meditations into the physical body through graceful, dynamic, and spiritually inspired movements that will assist in healthy joints and blood flow.

Cancellation Policy

Things happen and I understand the need to cancel appointments from time to time. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment if at all possible. If you cancel more than once for my services, we agree to a $35 cancelation fee. I will honor your time as well, canceling at least 24 hours in advance , whenever possible.
