Radiant Heart:  A Women's Retreat Within & Together

You are invited to surrender into the present moment and be gently and lovingly nestled by the nurturing presence of like-hearted women. Together, may we deepen our connection to to the radiance and wisdom within our hearts and  may we nourish each other in loving compassion. The deepest intentions for this retreat is to be in relationship with our hearts, in all facets, to drop our defenses to guard ourselves from receiving and offering loving kindness, gratitude and support from/ to others.  This year, we explore the essence of child-like joy and wonderment through Yoga of the Dance, creative meditations practices so we may embrace the playful nature of our hearts!

You will enjoy daily yoga, breathing and meditation practices for soothing and slowly allowing our hearts to relax open with guidance from Heather.  We will also  explore relationship and compassion work within potent small group embodiment practices.  Nourishing meals daily and space to rest to renew are also part of this illuminating retreat.

Ojas Retreat Center is located in Santa Rosa Plateau in Southern California where the local surroundings include hiking trails, horseback riding, and award winning wine vineyards.  ​ Ojas is a Sanskrit word which means 'vigor' or 'vitality' and refers to the inner fire we need to fulfill our purpose.  It is my belief we have our own individual purpose in life, but we also have a universal purpose to be LOVE.  Love is who we are .  As we come together at Ojas Retreat Center, may we surround each other in loving awareness, unending compassion and GRATITUDE.

What you will receive with your Radiant Heart Booking:

~Morning  Pranayama and Yoga Practices derived from many styles of Yoga tradition including, Hatha, Yin, Yoga of the Dance and more!

~Afternoon  Dharma talk,  Guided Meditation and Conversation with small group practices for deepening connection

~Evening gentle, heart nurturing yoga and meditation practices  (one night will include Sound Healing Meditation with Melissae Kelly!!!!)

~Cozy Shared Rooms on the unique property of Ojas Retreat Center (first bookings will have choice of room & I will do my best to put you & friends together in same room, depending on availablity).  Please ask if you prefer a private room .  I may be able to accomodate with a small upgraded Fee

~Enjoy guided mindful hikes and connect within nature on the beautiful trails through the Santa Rosa Ecological Preserve

~Nourishing dinner Thursday, 3 nutritious meals served Friday and Saturday and a delicious brunch together Sunday are included

~Snacks and beverages are available to you throughout the day and included (please note this retreat is alcohol and drug-free)

~You will leave the retreat gifted with practices to continue nurturing your heart created by Heather and a

gift bag of goodies lovingly curated by Heather

What is not included in your Radiant Heart Booking:

Travel to and from Ojas Retreat Center is not included in your booking.  Please, do not make any other arrangements for travel, vacation time, etc. until you have received your confirmation of your booking reservation. An email will be sent with this confirmation and a love note from me to welcome you to Radiant Heart Retreat. I strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

PLEASE READ THIS STATEMENT***: The booking of the retreat center, partners, staff and all of your accomodations, as well as the content planning and designing that goes into creating this retreat for you and 15 other women all occurs well in advance.  Please consider this carefully and mindfully before committing to book this retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The $500.00 deposit  is non-refundable and non-transferable for all credit card payments.

Cancellations on or before September 16th, 2024:

If you paid in cash in full, you will forfeit $250 of your entire retreat investment. The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you. Please consider this before committing to book this retreat.

***If you have to cancel your reservation for any reason after SEPTEMBER 16, 2024, You will forfeit ALL money rendered. Please understand that this cancellation policy is strict and firm. *I recommend that you purchase cancellation/travel insurance to protect your investment. You will be reminded of this and asked to agree when you book.
