About the event

You are invited to awaken into the deepest truth of who you are:  pure love and freedom within.  Perhaps you are a frequent meditator, but wish to learn ways to deepen your consistent practice.  Perhaps you have tried meditation but have felt like you "failed" to meditate because your mind won't get quiet (Hint: you haven't failed).  Maybe you are looking for a way to begin a commited practice and wish to have a group of like-minded women to connect with on this mindfulness journey.  For all of these reasons, I have created this Awaken Together Sangha for All of Us.  

Mindfulness meditation is the way we may begin to accept ourselves for who we are in the most loving and tender way and to hold what arises in our thoughts, feelings, sensations and experiences with compassion, love and wise acceptance.  There is deep wisdom within each of us .   A consistent meditation practice turns the light on in the room of our wisdom bodies and we begin to see that beneath the layers of suffering from feelings of seperation, stress, unworthiness, fear and uncertainty is the the light of our Divine true nature .  As we begin to see more clearly the truth of our present moment and the truth beneath layers of suffering we may be experienceing,  we begin to access pure joy and liberation and we live freely from an embodied state of LOVE. 

We will be committed together to meet Tuesdays for 90 minutes at my home for 6 weeks.   During these gatherings, I will be sharing specific meditation practices to culitvate your own meditation practice, reduce your stress with meditation and to access pure acceptance and love for yourself and for all others.  The safe container we create together will also invite us to share with one another, our experiences and challenges throughout this commited practice.

and several other topics sprinkled in amongst these 6 main topics of understanding.

May we come together in love, kindness and our own inate wisdom and may we encircle one another with care along this journey towards our own liberation through mindfulness meditation.

*please note that it is my belief that commitment is key to experience the sangha dynamic of awakening together.  It is important to commit to the full 6 weeks.  Of course life happens, however, please do say "yes" to this experience with the purist intention to come for all 6 sessions.  Please let me know ahead of time, if you are unable to come to a session.
