Service Description

This 75 minute class is based on highly sophisticated and creative sequencing, focusing on the energetic body as it relates to our physical body. It incorporates various aspects of philosophy and vinyasa styles at a slower, yet still challenging, pace of flow.

Cancellation Policy

Things happen and I understand the need to cancel appointments from time to time. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment if at all possible. If you cancel more than once for my services, we agree to a $35 cancelation fee. I will honor your time as well, canceling at least 24 hours in advance , whenever possible.
